近日，国际内部审计师协会（IIA）与 特许公认会计师公会（ACCA）签定了协议，拟推出2018年ACCA挑战考试，通过该考试的ACCA正式会员可以取得国际注册内部审计师（CIA）证书。现将相关事宜通知如下：

一、报名条件：

ACCA正式会员方可报名参加考试。

二、报名所需要提供资料：

申请考试需提交以下三种证明材料：

1、ACCA会员证书；

2、身份证；

3、品德证明。

说明：

1、考生必须一次性通过考试。

2、曾参加过2015年挑战考试、但未通过考试的考生，仍然有资格参加2018年挑战考试。此类考生考试相关要求详见《挑战考试考生手册》第5.3项。考试费用没有优惠。

三、报考流程

考试具体报考流程详见附件1《挑战考试考生手册》。

四、考试费用：

IIA个人会员1095美元；

非IIA个人会员1295美元。

说明：

1、非会员价格包含了在当地的IIA机构为期一年的会员资格（如果没有当地机构，申请者成为IIA直属个人会员）。会员资格将在申请后30-45天内完成审核。

2、报名参加考试的非会员，可致电010-82199836或发邮件至fazhan@ciia.com.cn与中国内部审计协会联系入会相关事宜。

五、考试时间安排：

1、申请时间：本公告发布之日起至2018年8月31日

2、报名时间：申请审核通过之日起至2018年9月30日

3、预约时间：收到报名通知之日起至2018年10月15日

4、考试时间：2018年10月27日 - 10月31日

六、考试题型、题量、时长和语种

1、考试题型：单项选择题

2、考试题量：125题

3、考试时长：150分钟

4、考试语种：英文。

Announcement of ACCA Challenge Examination

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) signed an agreement for an ACCA challenge examination in 2018. ACCA member who pass the exam can become a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

1- Eligibility:

Candidates must be current ACCA members

2 - Rrequired Materials for Registration：

1）Certificate of ACCA member

2）Character Reference Form

3）Government issued photo ID

Note: 

1 – Registered candidates can have only one attempt to pass the exam.

2 - Individuals who sat the 2015 Challenge Exam but failed are eligible to register the 2018 Challenge exam. Candidates can check Item 5.3 in the Challenge Exam Candidate Handbook. No discount will be offered.

3- Registration Process

Please refer to Appendix 1 “CIA 2018 ACCA Challenge Exam” for the detailed registration process.

4 - Price:

1）$1,095 for member

2）$1,295 for non-member

Note:

1）Non-member pricing includes 1 year membership in local IIA Institute (if there is no local Institute, the candidate will become a Member-at-Large). Membership will be provided within 30-45 days of application approval.

2）Non-members who have signed up for the examination may contact China Institute of Internal Audit to apply for membership.
